Northwest Kidney Centers is Hiring a Nurse Manager Near Snoqualmie, WA

Northwest Kidney Centers seeks a Nurse Manager to join the Snoqualmie Ridge Kidney Center in a full-time, day shift position. You may be eligible for a $10,000 sign on bonus!

Purpose
The Nurse Manager is responsible for the dialysis facility for both day and evening shifts. This position assists the Clinical Director in the delivery of quality dialysis care to our patients, implementation of cost-effective, innovative, high quality dialysis services, monitoring budgets within established guidelines, performance appraisals and coaching and counseling staff for delivery of quality health care.

Shift: Full-time, 40 hours/week, Mon-Sat

Required Qualifications

  • Associate Arts degree in Nursing
  • Current Washington State Registered Nurse license

Preferred qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing
  • Prior dialysis experience
  • Prior management experience
